Some tips are -
Don't download the software unless you particularly want to. When speaking to Telecom they think it still has "bugs".
A window may come up re a Chat program. The only way you can get rid of it is to click on the "continue" button and when a couple of other windows appear close them.
You will then get the new Webmail interface. Click on the Spam folder then go through the Spam and tick as not Spam the emails you find that you want. They will then be able to be downloaded as usual when you go back to your Outlook Express. Don't forget to "empty" the spam folder otherwise you will have to read the same stuff the next day.
How long this procedure has to be followed we are trying to find out but getting an answer is proving almost impossible.
