The Federation has produced its Annual Report in preparation for the AGM to be held next month. Some information and statistics are:
The Federation returned $20-00 for each $1-00 invested by its member societies
85 Centres are in the Federation (2 closed and one new Centre started up)
13 Regional Meetings were held, all attended by Grant
5 Regional Training sessions were facilitated by Grant
Federation Website attracts an average of 64 visits per day
Over a 1/4 of a million dollars was distributed to Learning Centres
5383 inward and 7919 outward emails were actioned by the Federation
3853 inward Freephone calls were received, totalling nearly 13,000 minutes
Over 60 Centres took up the discounted Insurance offer resulting in total savings of $15,000 plus
22,410 enrolments were received from 10,316 members
Around 63% of Learning Centre members took a Course during the year
(It should be noted that these figures do not include Centres that did not make any funding claims)
Overall it is an impressive result.
